You do not have to be home during the completion of the service request; however you will need to give us permission to enter if you won't be home.
We have maintenance available during business hours Monday - Friday (9:30 am-5:30 pm) as well as 24-hour after hour Emergency Maintenance.
There are several ways to submit a maintenance request: Online through the Resident Portal, calling the leasing office at 480-396-8200 or sending us an email at [email protected]
Unfortunately we do not offer after hour lockout services at this time. You will need to contact a local locksmith.
Yes! We have 1 assigned parking spot for each home and additional uncovered parking for extra vehicles or visitors.
At this time we do not offer permitted parking; 1st come first served in any uncovered spaces.
The Pool and Spa hours are from 10am to 10pm daily
Yes! We allow 1 animal per home. Please contact the leasing office for additional pet qualifications
All of our apartments come with refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwashers. Full size washer & dryers are included in ALL homes.
We do not offer furnished apartments. However, you can contact Cort Furniture Rental for anything you may need!
Our goal is to have your application approved and leases signed in 7 days.
There are two convenient ways to pay your monthly rent; Online through the Rent Cafe Portal by checking account or credit card or by utilizing WIPS, a walk-in payment system partner, several locations available for your convenience. We DO NOT accept in office payments.
Renters Insurance is required, contact the leasing office for further details on the requirements.
You have the power to choose your internet provider. Our community supports COX at this time.
There is an Early Termination clause that would be available to end the lease term early. Please contact the leasing office about your specific situation for further information
You would call the City of Mesa for GAS and contact SRP for electricity; the internet provider of your choice. The water is automatically set up and is billed monthly with your rent
All utilities are seperate from rent
We are conveniently located close to Superstition Springs Mall which has a Park & Ride option. There are also various bus routes nearby.
We have a few school districts near us, Mesa, Gilbert and Higley.
